VSD – Account Deletion

1. How to request account deletion

To delete your VSD account, please send an email to our support team:

• Email: systemapp@infiniq.vn
• Subject: VSD – Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number used to log in to the app
• Your organization / company (if applicable)
• Confirmation that you want your account and related data to be deleted

For security reasons, we may contact you to verify your identity or ask for additional information before processing the deletion.

2. What will be deleted

When your deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize, for your account:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone number, role, organization)
• Authentication data related to your login on VSD
• App settings and preferences linked to your account
• Push-notification tokens and identifiers used for alerts

After deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to sign in with this account, and any features that require a VSD login will not be available.

3. Data we may still retain

In some cases, we may need to retain limited information even after your account is deleted, for example:

• Log records required for security, auditing, or fraud-prevention
• Information required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or requests from authorities
• Backup copies stored in our disaster-recovery systems (these are automatically overwritten after a limited time)

Any retained data is minimized, access-controlled, and kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

4. Processing time

We will start processing your request as soon as we receive it. In most cases, account deletion is completed within 30 days. If we expect a longer processing time, we will inform you via email.
